Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The project has adopted the provisions of fasb asc topic 740-10, income taxes. Management believes it has no material tax positions or any unrelated penalties and interest to accrue for the year ended march 31, 2020, and accordingly, there is no liability for unrecognized tax benefits. The project files irs form 990 annually with the federal government and is still open to examination by taxing authorities for fiscal year 2017 and later.
