Additional Explanations

Form 990, Page 1, Item B

Subsequent to the preparation of the original form 990 the following items were found to require this amendment: 1. The prior year tax return has been amended. Changes were made to begining balances to reflect the amendment. 2. Checks in the amount of 19,966 were recorded as outstanding checks on the original return. These checks were then reclassified as accounts payable. This required a reversal to reflect cash basis reporting on the form 990. 3. Checks in the amount of 20,303 were incorectly included in the prior year return as outstanding checks. These checks have been added to the current year return to reflect cash basis reporting as they were paid in the curent year. 4. A net correction was made for 92 to expenses due to voided checks. These changes are reflected on part ix statement of functional expenses. 5. On the original return the hours entered on part vii lines 9 & 10 column b were transposed. The correct hours are 40 hours on line 9 and 30 hours on line 10. The overall impact of these adjustments is a decrease to net income of 429.

THE PRIOR YEAR TAX RETURN HAS BEEN AMENDED. CHANGES WERE MADE TO BEGINING BALANCES TO REFLECT THE AMENDMENT. 2. CHECKS IN THE AMOUNT OF 19,966 WERE RECORDED AS OUTSTANDING CHECKS ON THE ORIGINAL RETURN. THESE CHECKS WERE THEN RECLASSIFIED AS ACCOUNTS PAYABLE. THIS REQUIRED A REVERSAL TO REFLECT CASH BASIS REPORTING ON THE FORM 990. 3. CHECKS IN THE AMOUNT OF 20,303 WERE INCORECTLY INCLUDED IN THE PRIOR YEAR RETURN AS OUTSTANDING CHECKS. THESE CHECKS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE CURRENT YEAR RETURN TO REFLECT CASH BASIS REPORTING AS THEY WERE PAID IN THE CURENT YEAR. 4. A NET CORRECTION WAS MADE FOR 92 TO EXPENSES DUE TO VOIDED CHECKS. THESE CHANGES ARE REFLECTED ON PART IX STATEMENT OF FUNCTIONAL EXPENSES. 5. ON THE ORIGINAL RETURN THE HOURS ENTERED ON PART VII LINES 9 & 10 COLUMN B WERE TRANSPOSED. THE CORRECT HOURS ARE 40 HOURS ON LINE 9 AND 30 HOURS ON LINE 10. THE OVERALL IMPACT OF THESE ADJUSTMENTS IS A DECREASE TO NET INCOME OF 429.
