Each board member is provided with a copy of the completed 990 no later than the 4th quarter board of directors meeting held in december of the subsequent tax year. The return preparer is present at the meeting to answer any questions proposed by the board members.

Each board member is required to sign a written statement to affirm that they have read and understand the conflict of interest policy. These documents are kept on file by the executive director.

In 2015, the board of directors reached an agreement on a formal employment contract for the executive director that sets forth salary, benefit and performance based bonus guidelines. The board of directors reviews the exective director's salary annually and makes adjustments as needed.
