Wesley Acres II Board/Officers are appointed by the Board of Methodist Home for the Aging a 501(c)3 not for profit corporation organized to provide long term care for the aging.

Enforcement of Conflicts Policy-All interested persons must sign an annual conflict of interest statement. A Conflict of Interest Committee was appointed by the Methodist Home for the Aging Board to monitor and enforce conflict of interest issues.

Compensation Process for Top Officials- The Finance Committee of the Board of the Methodist Home for the Aging shall set the compensation for the executive staff. The executive staff shall recommend compensation for key employees and staff at all the facilities. The recommendations are reviewed, approved or modified by the finance committee. Compensation Process for Officers- Wesley Acres II Officers are not compensated.

Therefore, no ncome tax provision has been included in the financial statements. Wesley Acres II is no longer subject to income tax examinations for fiscal years up to and including 2019.
