Any person who owns property registered in the hampton cove owners' association may elect to become a member of hampton house (if accepted, subject to availability of membership). A one-time initiation fee will be assessed for all new members, as well as prorated membership dues. Annual membership dues are payable, due may 1 each year, and senior membership has a 20% discount.
