However, as of june 30, 2020, woodstock health services, llc is specifically listed as an additional organization interest and branch location under lakeside hospice, inc.'s palmetto gba provider information, and is set to expire september 2021 if no further action is taken. Woodstock health services, llc, had not engaged in any business by june 30, 2020, and therefore the affiliation has no material effect on lakeside hospice, inc.'s current financial statements, except for disclosure purposes.”
