“The Corporation is exempt from income taxes as a public agency, under Section 501(c)4 of the Internal Revenue Code. As such, only unrelated business income is subject to income tax. Currently, the 2022, 2023 and 2024 tax years are open and subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service. However, the Corporation is not currently under audit, nor has the Corporation been contacted by any of these jurisdictions. Based on an evaluation of the Corporation's tax positions, management believes all positions taken would be upheld under an examination. Therefore, no provision for the effects of uncertain tax positions has been recorded for the year ended December 31,2024.”
