RHMC is a for-profit corporation and accounts for deferred income taxes using the asset and liability method to establish deferred tax assets and liabilities for the temporary differences between the financial reporting basis and the tax basis of RHMC's assets and liabilities at enacted tax rates expected to be in effect when such amounts are realized or settled. As of September 30, 2024, RHMC had net operating loss carry forwards of approximately $20.5 million. The Authority has evaluated their tax positions and have determined that they do not have any material unrecognized benefits or obligations as of September 30, 2024.”

Regional Health Management Corporation ("RHMC") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Affiliate. RHMC is a for-profit corporation and accounts for deferred income taxes using the asset and liability method to establish deferred tax assets and liabilities for the temporary differences between the financial reporting basis and the tax basis of RHMC's assets and liabilities at enacted tax rates expected to be in effect when such amounts are realized or settled. As of September 30, 2024, RHMC had net operating loss carry forwards of approximately $20.5 million. The Authority has evaluated their tax positions and have determined that they do not have any material unrecognized benefits or obligations as of September 30, 2024. |
