Part III, line 3

Due to the COVID-19 virus and in accordance with CDC guidance in effect during the Fall of 2020 the Bal d'Hiver did not have its black-tie presentation dinner dance event in November 2020. Instead past donors were contacted via email and or letter explaining the situation and requesting contributions be made for the benefit of CASA Family & Children's Services and the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation. The black-tie presentation dinne dance resumed in November 2021 and all necessary preparation for the November 2021 event resumed in the Spring 2021.
