Prevention - provides services for families especially children in low income environments in rural west tennessee who practice risky behaviors that cause them not to obtain adequate care and become self sufficient contributors of society. Enrichment and intervention - this is a proactive program that helps people at an early age identify factors that would cause them not to obtain an education and/or job skills. It promotes how to combat these barriers to obtain the goal of education and/or a job. Other programs include education and victims of crime.

The organization follows the provisions of fasb asc 740-10, accounting for uncertainty in income taxes, which requires the computation of any current income tax assets or liabilities only consider tax positions that are more likely than not (defined as a greater than 50% chance) to be sustained if the taxing authorities examined the positions. The organization is subject to income tax examination by taxing authorities for years ending after june 30, 2010.
