Form 990, Part VI, Line 15 PROCESS FOR DETERMINING COMPENSATION

The bylaws of the organization explicitly state that no compensation shall be paid to directors for their services. Accordingly, no top management official or other officers are paid compensation.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 1A Delegate broad authority to A committee

Per the Bylaws, during intervals between meetings of the Board of Directors, and subject to such limitations as may be provided by law, the Executive Committee shall have and may exercise all the authority of the Board of Directors in the management of the Corporation. The Executive Committee shall make a full report of all actions to the next meeting of the Board of Directors.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 3 Delegation of management duties

Ron Jones, President of Teron Enterprises Inc., provides management duties to Trevecca Towers, Inc. in various capacities. Teron Enterprises, Inc. oversees the day to day operations of the plant. Teron Enterprises supervises the hiring, firing, and training of new employees. The management company supervises the personnel at Trevecca Towers, plans and operates budgets and financial operations, and supervises the operations of the organization.

A copy of the final version of the Form 990 and all related schedules is delivered electronically to the board members and management before the Form 990 is filed with the IRS. Board members and management have an opportunity to review the Form 990 before it is filed with the IRS. Additionally the board members and management normally have an opportunity to discuss the form at the following board meeting.

The organization holds tenant security deposits in a custodial account.

Schedule D, Part X, Line 2 FIN 48 (ASC 740) footnote

The Organization is a tax-exempt entity under the Internal Revenue Code; accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been made in the financial statements. The Organization recognizes a tax position as a benefit only if it is "more likely than not" that the tax position would be sustained in a tax examination, with a tax examination being presumed to occur. The amount recognized is the largest amount of tax benefit that is greater than 50% likely of being realized on examination. For tax positions not meeting the "more likely than not" test, no tax benefit is recorded. The Organization recognizes interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits in interest and income tax expense, respectively. Due to its tax-exempt status; the Organization is not subject to U.S. federal income tax or state income tax and does not expect the total amount of unrecognized tax benefits to significantly change in the next 12 months. The Organization's tax years 2015-2018 are open under applicable United States statutes of limitations.

The Organization recognizes a tax position as a benefit only if it is "more likely than not" that the tax position would be sustained in a tax examination, with a tax examination being presumed to occur. The amount recognized is the largest amount of tax benefit that is greater than 50% likely of being realized on examination. For tax positions not meeting the "more likely than not" test, no tax benefit is recorded. The Organization recognizes interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits in interest and income tax expense, respectively. Due to its tax-exempt status; the Organization is not subject to U.S. federal income tax or state income tax and does not expect the total amount of unrecognized tax benefits to significantly change in the next 12 months. The Organization's tax years 2015-2018 are open under applicable United States statutes of limitations.
