In accordance with U.S. GAAP, the Organization accounts for uncertain tax positions, if any, as required. Using that guidance, management has determined that there are no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. All are subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service generally for three years after they are filed.”
