Accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America require the Projectss management to evaluate tax positions taken by the Project and to recognize a tax liability or asset if the Project has taken an uncertain tax position that will more-likely-than-not be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Project for the year ended December 31, 2015 and believes that there are no such positions as of Decemeber 31, 2015. Accordingly, no liability has been accrued. Presently, the Project is not under examination by any taxing authority.

Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Project for the year ended December 31, 2015 and believes that there are no such positions as of Decemeber 31, 2015. Accordingly, no liability has been accrued. Presently, the Project is not under examination by any taxing authority.
