The museum solicits memberships for program participation activities. These members are not stockholders, they only purchase access to program activities.

Form 990 is reviewed by management staff, presented to the Business Affairs Committee for approval and then to the Board of Trustees for their approval. This process is completed prior to the filing of the Form 990.
