As a result of these changes, schedule a, part ii column e lines 1, 4 & 7, line 11, line 12 & line 14 also changed. 3) updated narrative part vi, section b, line 11b 4) added a disregarded entity to schedule r, part i. 5) added california to part vi, section c line 17 since the signer of the original return is no longer with the organization at the time of filing this amended return, the signer has also changed.”
