Mission

Concord housing development corporation is a non-profit organization engaged in investigating and implementing alternatives for the provision of affordable housing for persons of low, moderate and middle income and others whose needs may be identified from time to time in the town. The board of selectmen of the town of concord may, from time to time, set policies and guidelines under which the corporation operates, but day-to-day operation of the corporation is independent of the board of selectmen and the town manager of the town

The chdc is a non-profit organization for the provision of affordable housing for persons of low, moderate, and middle income and others whose needs may be identified from time to time in the town.
