“Anti-trafficking prevention and recovery from sexual abuse in the dark world of human trafficking, vietnam is a "source country." that is, girls and women mainly, but also young men, are smuggled from vietnam to other countries through lies or coercion. Upon arrival in other countries (80% to china but others to europe and north america), the victims are forced into sexual or labor bondage. In addition to technical trafficking, vietnamese girls are also sometimes sexually abused. Orphan voice works with the peoples committees of danang and quang nam provinces to stop both these evils. Orphan voice works to prevent sexual abuse and trafficking and to help bring restoration when it happens. It's more precious than gold anti-trafficking seminars are very popular with educators and local governments. Number of students more precious than gold in vietnamese public schools during 2024: 25,045 students youth reached by more precious than gold seminars held in vietnamese churches: approximately 600 in six churches. Number of abused girls safely housed in recovery centers in cambodia: 31 number of abused girls safely housed in vietnam: 7 number trained youth/ reintegrated into society with good jobs (vietnam and cambodia): 10 number of active court cases for child sexual abuse/ convictions: 7 (cambodia)”
