Profile

The purposes for which this corporation is organized are: 1) to provide funding for the restoration and preservation of the van zandt cottage. The cottage will be used for interpreting the history and culture of fort worth and its settlers; 2) to make this historical site a destination for teaching fort worth history to the public through programming, exhibits and hands on learning; 3) to be operated in such a manner which allows the organization to obtain and maintain tax exempt status under section 501(c) (3) of the internal revenue code.
