ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0Life House Ministries experienced a qualifying event of a major flood at their leased facility in 2024, through no fault of their own. The event left a burden on the organizations human resources through June of 2025, including a temporary relocation to continue offering services to individuals in need. Once the Board and Staff settled from the relocation, they were able to commit the resources and additional time necessary to ensure accuracy in the 2024 filing.
