The organization consist of 4 officers to help govern and run the homeless shelter.

Member election for additional members Part VI line 7A

Current officers can nominat other individuals in the community to hold an officer position for the christian shelter for the homeless. There is no limit on the number of officers/members the organization can have. If the current govern body sees the need to elect more members do to the growth of the organization and its needs they can elect new members.

Any and all decisions must be approved by the majority of the members of the christian shelter for the homeless before any actions can be taken by the governing body.

Explanation of other changes in net assets or fund balances Part XI line 9

Buildind was sold to pay off bank loan and all other assets were transferred to other nonprofit organizations. The shelter could never get enough community support to really carry on its mission and provide as the board thought it necessary. The assets were of no value as it was all used items. The building needed costly repairs and there was no money and some debt so it was sold at auction to pay the bank.the building was terribly overvalued and way too much was spent remodeling when it first opened.due to its state of repair it only sold for 75 thousand at a public auction. The bank bid it in at that to cover its self.

THE SHELTER COULD NEVER GET ENOUGH COMMUNITY SUPPORT TO REALLY CARRY ON ITS MISSION AND PROVIDE AS THE BOARD THOUGHT IT NECESSARY. THE ASSETS WERE OF NO VALUE AS IT WAS ALL USED ITEMS. THE BUILDING NEEDED COSTLY REPAIRS AND THERE WAS NO MONEY AND SOME DEBT SO IT WAS SOLD AT AUCTION TO PAY THE BANK.THE BUILDING WAS TERRIBLY OVERVALUED AND WAY TOO MUCH WAS SPENT REMODELING WHEN IT FIRST OPENED.DUE TO ITS STATE OF REPAIR IT ONLY SOLD FOR 75 THOUSAND AT A PUBLIC AUCTION. THE BANK BID IT IN AT THAT TO COVER ITS SELF.
