“Buildind was sold to pay off bank loan and all other assets were transferred to other nonprofit organizations. The shelter could never get enough community support to really carry on its mission and provide as the board thought it necessary. The assets were of no value as it was all used items. The building needed costly repairs and there was no money and some debt so it was sold at auction to pay the bank.the building was terribly overvalued and way too much was spent remodeling when it first opened.due to its state of repair it only sold for 75 thousand at a public auction. The bank bid it in at that to cover its self.”

THE BANK BID IT IN AT THAT TO COVER ITS SELF. |
