“The ceo/president, chief financial officer, chief compliance & administrative officer, and chief strategy officers' compensation was established and approved by the everent health, inc. Compensation committee appointed by the everent health, inc. Board of directors and will be reviewed annually by the compensation committee of the board of directors. The committee utilizes data provided by independent compensation consultant studies to provide a basis for comparison along with an assessment of the executives experience to arrive at the compensation amount for the newly created positions. This process was last undertaken in the 3rd quarter of 2024. The approval of the executive's compensation is documented in correspondence from the chro on behalf of the chair of the board of directors and located in the executive's employee file.”
