PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - KCCE HAS HOSTED SEVERAL TYPES OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES OVER THE YEARS. AMONG THESE IS AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE THAT IS TYPICALLY A 2-DAY EVENT. THIS EVENT HAS SEMINARS FOCUSED ON INSTRUCTION AND HANDS-ON APPLICATION OF ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATIONS FOR LOCAL CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE. IT COVERS ALL THE PERTINENT ASPECTS OF CHAMBER OPERATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, FINANCIAL LITERACY, BOARD OPERATIONS, FUNDRAISING AND OTHERS. THESE SEMINARS ALSO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING. KCCE HAS ALSO OFFERED REGIONAL SEMINARS THAT ADDRESS OPERATIONAL ISSUES AND SERVE AS FORUMS FOR CHAMBER LEADERS TO CONVERSE AND DISCUSS REGIONAL ISSUES.THIRD, KCCE HAS PROVIDED AWARDS AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION FOR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE EXECUTIVES. THROUGH THE KCCE EXCELLENCE AWARDS PROGRAM AND THE KENTUCKY CERTIFIED CHAMBER EXECUTIVE CURRICULUM CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND THEIR LEADERSHIP ARE RECOGNIZED FOR BOTH INDIVIDUAL AS WELL AS ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TO OPERATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT.FINALLY, KCCE HAS PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIONS THAT PROVIDE INFORMATION ON OPERATIONS, TRENDS, AND DATA FROM THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE PROFESSION.$0$0
