Draft copies and distributed to the committee; after a thorough review by the ceo, cfo, and committee the 990 is approved and filed. Once approved the 990 is made available to all board members.”

Compensation process for officers: the coo and cfo wages are determined on a progressive scale which grants a two percent increase on their employment anniversary. The wage scale is based on comparable wages of nonprofit executives in the area and industry standards. This process is undertaken annually and was completed in fiscal year 2016.”
