The following changes were made to the Constitution on July 17, 2022: Article VI Section 1. The Local's Executive Board shall consist of the following elected positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary/Treasurer, Clerk Craft Director, and Director of Maintenance. Omit Editor. Article V Add Sections 6. CLERK CRAFT DIRECTOR. The duties and responsibilities of the Clerk Craft Director shall include, but not be limited to the following: A. Serve as an administrator of clerk craft stewards. B. Keep track of all clerk jobs to include posting dates, job duties, hours, and days off. C. Act as an administrator of the e-Grievance system for the Local. D. Serve as a member of the Labor-Management Committee and Local Memorandum of Understanding Committee as approved by the President. E. Perform such duties as assigned by the President. F. His/her salary shall be Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per month. Section 10. DELEGATE(S) TO STATE AND NATIONAL CONVENTIONS. Delegates for the Local shall be as follows: A. The President shall serve as an automatic delegate to national and state conventions of the APWU. Add B. The President shall determine the number of delegates to attend the national and state conventions of the APWU. Add C. The Travel and Expense Policy will be a separate document and will be governed by the Local's Executive Board. Delete B.
