“The Utility has a contractual agreement where operational and daily managerial duties are performed by Warren County Water District. The Utility participates in a Joint Operations Agreement with Warren County Water District and Simpson County Water District. Both Warren and Simpson are divisions of county government. Under the agreement each water utility pays the actual cost of labor equipment and other expenses for services provided by any other water utility on its behalf. The utilities share the same General Manager officer; however each utility is independently governed by its own board of directors and each utility provides water service to customers within its respective county as approved by the Public Service Commission of Kentucky.”

“Yes the Utility has members who make application for and receive water service as a customer of the Utility in accordance with the Rates Rules and Regulations Tariff approved by the Public Service Commission of Kentucky. The Utility will install maintain and operate a water distribution line from the source of the water supply to the metering point of each member of the utility.”
