The election of officers is held every three (3) years. All members of electrical workers local #369 ibew are eligible to vote.

Business manager reports to executive board twice a month. At the regualr monthly meeting, business manager reports to the general membership for approval of all actions taken by him and the executive.

The organization's process for overseeing the audit of its financial statements and the selection of an independent accountant has not changed from the prior year. The audit is reviewed and approved by the governing body, and all necessary oversight procedures remain consistent with those followed in previous years.

The union is exempt from federal and state income taxes under sections 501(c)(5) of the internal revenue code. Accordingly, the financial statements do not provide for income taxes. The union has implemented the accounting guidance for uncertainty in income taxes. Under that guidance, tax positions need to be recognized in the financial statements when it is more- likely-than-not the position will be sustained upon examination by the tax authorities. As of december 31, 2024, the union has no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. The union files federal form 990. The union is not currently being examined and management believes its tax-exempt status would be upheld under examination.
