Ffcdc was in every instance to appoint the majority of the members of the board of directors. In the event that ffcdc appointed less than all of the members of the board of directors, then the remaining members of the board of directors might be elected by an affirmative vote of a majority of the directors then in office. Florence fuller child development centers' cfo assisted the organization during the process of winding up its affairs leading to its complete dissolution on june 30, 2020. The relationship between these two entities is reported on schedule r, part ii.”
