Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Twc is generally exempt from federal income taxes under the provisions of section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code. Income, which is not related to exempt purposes, less applicable deductions, is subject to income taxes. Twc had no net unrelated business income for the year ended december 31, 2019. Management evaluated twc's tax positions and concluded that twc had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements.
