South central properties iii, inc. (the filing organization) has one member. The sole member of the filing organization is south central nursing home properties, inc. South central nursing home properties, inc. (scnhp) is a georgia, not-for-profit corporation that is exempt from federal income tax under internal revenue code (irc) section 501(c)(3). There are no other classes of membership in the filing organization.

The sole member of the filing organization is scnhp. The board of directors of the filing organization are appointed by the sole member, scnhp, who has the right to elect, appoint or remove any member of the board of directors of the filing organization.
