The determination of salary levels is based upon the responsibilities assigned to such individuals and upon the review and analysis of comparable salaries offered by other similar organizations and workforce partner organizations.”

Consequently, any records of the organization are public records and may be requested by the public. Likewise, all meetings of the board, councils, committees and other identified board meetings are open to the public. Formal minutes are taken for all meetings of the board and the executive committee.”

Careersource has not performed an exhaustive search of all of the potential related entities that may be required to be reported on schedule r.”
