The corporation holds title to a fraternity house on the campus of florida state university. The property is operated for the benefit of the gamma eta chapter of kappa alpha order, a national collegiate social fraternity that is tax exempt under irs section 501(c)(7). The corporation collects rent, pays the mortgage on the property, insurance, and repairs and maintenance.the corporation conducts no other activities and any residual net assets innure only to the benefit of the gamma eta chapter of kappa alpha order, and in its absence to the national fraternity.
