Reconcile Unrestricted Net Assets to EOY Amt 1,128.

Form 990 Line B

The tax return is being amended because, after filing the original 2024 return, the organization voluntarily elected to undergo an audit. Under Florida law, any nonprofit receiving $1 million or more in contributions is required to obtain an independent audit. The organization was initially unaware of this requirement and initiated the audit upon learning of it. The auditors identified minor issues in the financial statements, including the improper recording of depreciation against fund balance. This issue was corrected by the organization's CPA. The amended tax return now reflects the audited financial statements on which the auditors issued an unqualified opinion.
