Downtown vision, inc.'s purpose is to enhance and improve the business conditions in the central business district of the city of jacksonville.

Is a private not-for-profit corporation as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Downtown vision and downtown vision alliance are exempt from federal and state income taxes on related income. The organizations apply generally accepted accounting principles related to income tax uncertainties. The organizations have determined that there were no unrecognized tax benefits for the years ended september 30, 2019 and 2018. The organizations file tax returns in the u.s. Federal jurisdiction. Tax years that remain subject to examination by major tax jurisdiction are 2016 and forward.”
