Mission

To promote and improve the public health and welfare and quality of life of the people of northwest florida and by organizing, facilitating and managing a collaborative process comprised of: periodic assessments of health status, identification and communication of priority health needs, development of health improvement initiatives and measuring, tracking, and reporting results.

To promote and improve the public health and welfare and the general well- being of the people of northwest florida and the surrounding region by organizing, facilitating and managing a planning process for the development of a coordinated and cooperative health care system that can contain health care costs, increase the accessibility and availability of health care, and enhance opportunities for professional and community health education.
