We established a transportation voucher pilot program that created sustainability of 24/7 affordable transportation services for persons with i/dd in an urban community to be expanded statewide; established the infrastructure for a not for profit organization for self-advocates so they can continue advocacy efforts, and implemented a statewide outreach program that incldued thousands of individuals and their families in the dd community.”
