Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 2

Tim Kuck, Marie Kuck, Bart Biddle, and Pam Biddle have a family relationship.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11B

The Organization's top management official and top financial official each review the Form 990 prior to its filing with the IRS. A copy of the final Form 990 is also provided to the voting members of the Organization's governing body prior to its filing with the IRS.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12C

The Organization's conflict of interest policy is distributed to each member of the Organization's governing body, its officers, and its key employees on an annual basis. Each such individual provides an annual disclosure statement indicating that they have received, read, understood and agreed to comply with the policy, and certifying that: (1) they have no relationships or interests that present a conflict of interest, (2) they have one or more conflicts of interest that have been fully disclosed as required by the policy and have been properly administered in conformity with the policy, or (3) they have previously undisclosed conflicts of interest and are disclosing the details of such conflicts. Any disclosure statement with previously undisclosed conflicts of interest are forwarded to appropriate Organization officials to take appropriate actions as required by the policy.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15

The Organization's officers and key employees serve on a volunteer basis and are not compensated by the Organization; therefore, the Organization does not have a process for determining compensation as outlined in Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19

The Organization provides, upon request, copies of its Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, conflict of interest policy, and its financial statements.

Form 990, Part VII, Section A, Column D:

When Mr. and Mrs. Biddle are out in the field serving as missionaries 13-16 weeks of the year, they work 60 hours per week. Mr. and Mrs. Biddle donated these services to the Organization. Additionally, Marie Kuck served as executive director of the Organization. Mrs. Kuck donated these services to the Organization.

IRS990/Desc0Nathaniel's Hope celebrates and encourages children with special needs (VIP kids) and their families as well as educates and equips the general population, particularly churches to practically assist these kids and families. All programs and services are provided FREE to VIP kids and their families. Nathaniel's Hope currently serves over 14,000 VIP kids throughout the year. We have developed four major programs and utilize thousands of volunteers to accomplish our mission cost effectively. The primary programs of Nathaniel's Hope include: (1) "Buddy Break" A FREE Parent's Day Out/ Respite Care program for VIP kids and siblings. Nathaniel's Hope has trained over 225 churches from 32 states and Puerto Rico in our growing network of partnering churches offering our program. The program serves over 2,000 children and their siblings each month giving caregivers a much needed break. (2) "VIP International Birthday Club"- VIP kids of all ages can become Club members and are initially sent a "Bearing Hope" teddy bear, then a birthday card and special surprises on their birthday, a card at Christmas, and other special recognition throughout the year. Children can also have their photograph posted online. Nathaniel's Hope currently hosts over 14,000 VIP children from all 50 states & several US territories and 8 countries. (3) "Christmas with Nathaniel's Hope" has now expanded to 3 programs. "Caroling for Kids" sends caroling teams into children's hospitals on Christmas Day to share hope and encouragement with patients, families and caregivers through caroling and bearing goodies and gifts. In 2017, approximately 250 carolers participated. "Nathaniel's Toy Shop" invites parents of kids with special needs who are in financial need to shop for FREE donated toys for their VIP kids and siblings. In 2017 Nathaniel's Toy Shop provided toys for over 5,000 VIP kids & siblings. "Caroling Caravan" are teams of people that deliver toys to homebound VIP families at Christmastime. (4) Make 'm Smile is an annual festival celebrating kids with special needs held annually in downtown Orlando. This biggest party in the U.S. hosted over 45,000 people including over 3,000 VIP kids for the 15th annual event. In addition to being a one of a kind disability-friendly fun festival that enables all to participate, over 90 resource exhibitors who serve the special needs community were in attendance educating VIP families about much needed resources that might enhance the lives of their VIP children. Nathaniel's Hope also partners with business organizations from the community to host Keep 'm Smile events. These are free fun events for VIP kids and their families. For example, Fun Spot invited 1,000 kids with special needs to enjoy an all-day pass.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy2Grp/Desc0TCCI is a sending missions organization whose mission is "to share the love of God with those who know Him not and with those who want to know Him more." TCCI educates and equips individuals to serve on short term mission teams. TCCI serves as a bridge between the local church and the national host country. Short term mission teams serve on medical, construction, children's ministry, training and education, evangelism, and feeding teams that assist in benevolent care of the people. Our missionaries provide leadership training and education to help nationals start new churches. Last year TCCI sent out over 150 short term missionary volunteers to serve on missions teams to assist the poor and indigenous people, often in remote areas of Guatemala and India.

IRS990ScheduleF/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0Construction projects, donations to local churches, medical supplies, food for distribution, crusade expenses, and the distribution of Bibles are supervised by Teams Commissioned for Christ International missionaries. Additionally, short-term mission trip participants provide volunteer labor for various construction projects. Pictures and reports are provided to TCCI documenting the various foreign activities.
IRS990ScheduleF/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt1Amounts reported at Part I, Line 3, column (f) represent expenditures of the Organization for the conduct of program services in the region. The method used to account for expenditures in the region is based upon the actual amount of funds expended by the Organization for program activities in that region.
IRS990ScheduleF/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt2Teams Commissioned for Christ International (TCCI) is a nonprofit, interdenominational missions organization that specializes in recruiting, equipping, training, and sending short-term mission teams into developing countries. The ministry of TCCI is to act as a bridge that encourages people to step out of their comfort zones and serve God in a foreign land. Missionaries serving as independent contractors for TCCI lead the visiting short term missions teams. The Organization provided pastoral support for rural churches, including food, housing, medical, transportation, educational services, and church construction/repair assistance.
