The coalition utilizes an evaluation of employee performance, at least once in a three year period, to ensure that wages compare favorably with the pay of other similar organizations for similar work. The executive director will recommend a salary adjustment to the board if the salary is below comparable positions, or if the duties have significantly changed in scope.”
