“Form 990 part iii line 1 organizational mission cei mission statement fiscal ye 3.31.2025 continuing education inc is a not-for-profit educational organization whose mission is to provide continuing activities that earn credits for professionals attending. These conferences are required to earn these credits to maintain their licensure. The credits are designed to maintain practice competencies, introduce new and innovative concepts and techniques and challenge professional enrichment and enthusiasm among both participants and faculty members. Continuing education inc maintains and renews joint accreditation, covering a number of specialties. The physicians and education and meeting professionals working within the company prepare and analyze all needs assessment surveys, determine general topics and work with the chosen faculty to develop appropriate learning objectives and create dynamic, time-sensitive courses. The entire agenda is designed to allow for appropriate hours of meeting time and encourage professionals and family interaction and networking by arranging out of class events. Starting in feb 2024 continuing education inc began its next self study for ja (multiple discipline) reaccreditation and completed the work by the end of year 2024. This reaccreditation will be in effect of another 4 years, at which time the process is repeated with updated materials. Statement revised and adopted by the board of directors in march 2025.”
