PART X, LINE 2:

The association is exempt from federal and state income taxes under the provisions of section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code respectively. Management has evaluated the tax positions of the association and does not believe that any uncertain tax positions or unrecognized tax benefits exist for the fiscal year ended june 30, 2025. The association is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax period in progress.
