Dedicated to the goal of providing optimal organ transplantation to all in need. Since its inception in 1987, the foundation has sought to improve the care and treatment of those diagnosed with end-stage organ disease through advances in organ transplant medicine and expansion of services to transplant patients. Approximately 2,300 people benefited from programs.
The transplant foundation, inc. (the "transplant foundation") is a non- profit organization dedicated to the goal of helping the community by providing assistance for transplant patients and their families,educating the public on organ and tissue donation, and funding transplant research. Transplant foundation relies on contributions, memberships, and corporate and event sponsorships to support its mission. Since its inception in 1987, the foundation has sought to improve the care and treatment of those diagnosed with end-stage organ disease through advances in organ transplant medicine and expansion of services of transplant patients and their families.

“On may 22, 2013, the board of directors adopted a resolution to dissolve transplant house. During the year ended may 31, 2013, transplant house ceased operations, donated its remaining assets to other charities separate from transplant foundation, and transferred its remaining liabilities to transplant foundation in accordance with articles of incorporation and relevant internal revenue code regulations. On july 25, 2013, the articles of dissolution with the florida secretary of state were officially filed on august 7, 2013, which is the effective date of the voluntary dissolution.
