ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES SUCH AS HEALTH FAIRS, REFERRALS, MEDICARE AND MEDICAID ASSISTANCE, POT LUCKS, AND OUTINGS ARE JUST A FEW THINGS THAT ALLOW THOSE THAT LIVE AT THE ENTITIES TO REMAIN IN A HOUSE ONLY SETTING.
