“The conflict of interest policy is signed on an annual basis. In the event of any potential conflict during the year, the member with the potential conflict will recuse himself/herself from the discussion & vote.”

“The organization's governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available to the public upon request.”

“With the mission to advance by all appropriate means the interests of office and other non-residential building ownership as a business enterprise and as a leading industry in the greater tampa bay area, and in doing so, to raise the standards and enhance the status of building management as a career.”
