“The executive committee shall be composed of the president; vice-president; treasurer; secretary; immediate past-president; and two (2) at-large members. At least one at-large member must be a member who is a representative of the private sector or an economic development organization. The executive committee is charged with the following responsibilities: 1. May expend, obligate, or invest association funds as outlined in policy approved by the association membership. 2. Is responsible for and have the authority to act on behalf of the association, to handle emergency items, to establish association meeting agendas, to formulate administrative and executive policy, to determine the necessity for and priority of all actions taken by standing or ad hoc committees or work groups to be brought before the association for approval or ratification, and to resolve all administrative/or policy related problems coming before the association. 3. When time is of the essence, the executive committee shall have the authority to act on behalf of the association to approve recommendations of other standing or ad hoc committees for commitments as outlined in policy, where it would be a detriment to the association, as determined by the executive committee, to wait for a full meeting of the association. 4. Shall review the budget submitted by the treasurer prior to presentation to the full membership. 5. Through interaction with other committees, partner agencies, etc., develops the associations legislative priorities and takes a leadership role in communicating with key decision makers. 6. Monitors national and state legislative developments and provides input as appropriate.”

“Mas advantage, llc is the management company contracted with the organization. The services provided include: 1. Board meeting and conference support; 2. Membership support; 3. Financial management & revenue generation; 4. Website, social media and publications support; and 5. Administrative support. The organization's executive director, mariann sabolic is also the owner of the management company. The organization compensated mas advantage, llc $60,000 for the year ending june 30, 2025.”

“A final copy of the form 990 will be provided to each voting member before being filed with the internal revenue service.”
