Form 990, Part VI, Line 15A & 15B PROCESS FOR DETERMINING COMPENSATION

The process for determining compensation of the organization's ceo, executive director, or top management official, as well as that of any other officers or senior executives (if any), is directed by a related organization. The related organization's board committee responsible for compensation oversees the process, utilizing independent delegees within the organization as appropriate, depending on the role. In some cases, the process may utilize comparability data and analysis from a national third-party compensation firm; or, if more appropriate for the role, it may instead utilize other applicable sources of market comparability data as needed to verify reasonableness. The process also includes contemporaneous substantiation of the analysis and decision regarding the compensation arrangement. Compensation is reviewed at least annually and the process is administered to assure independence, avoid conflicts of interest, ensure reasonableness and market comparability of total compensation, and to otherwise abide by pertinent laws and regulations.

During the return preparation process, the tax department works with other functional areas which may include, as needed, finance, accounting, treasury, legal, human resources, and corporate compliance for advice, information and assistance in order to prepare a complete and accurate return. THE NEW STUDER FAMILY CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OPENED IN 2019 WITH 121 HOSPITAL BEDS, OFFERING A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES TO MEET ALL OF A CHILD'S MEDICAL NEEDS, FROM A PEDIATRIC EMERGENCY ROOM AND NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT TO PEDIATRIC INTENSIVE CARE, CANCER TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION, AND A MEDICAL STAFF OF MORE THAN 120 BOARD-CERTIFIED PEDIATRIC DOCTORS ACROSS 30 SPECIALTIES. SINCE OPENING, WE HAVE GROWN TO INCLUDE THE NEW BEAR FAMILY FOUNDATION PEDIATRIC ONCOLOGY CENTER FOR HOPE AND A FULLY DEDICATED PEDIATRIC OPERATING ROOM AND RECOVERY SUITE. EACH DAY, 150 CHILDREN ENTER OUR DOORS FOR CARE WITH 53% OF OUR PATIENTS BEING UN-OR-UNDER-INSURED. AT SACRED HEART EMERALD COAST, LOCATED IN MIRAMAR BEACH, FL, DONORS ARE BRINGING THE LATEST IN DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING TO OKALOOSA AND WALTON COUNTIES. FOR THE BABY IN THE NICU HAVING SEIZURES; THE MAN SHOWING SIGNS OF A STROKE; THE CRITICALLY INJURED CHILD WHO MAY HAVE FRACTURED BONES; THE YOUNG WOMAN WITH INTERMITTENT CHEST PAIN; AND THE FAMILY FINDING OUT IF THEIR LOVED ONE'S CANCER TREATMENT IS WORKING, OUR DONORS ARE HELPING PROVIDE EACH OF THESE PATIENTS WITH TIMELY, COMPASSIONATE CARE. AT SACRED HEART GULF, LOCATED IN PORT ST. JOE, FL, DONORS ARE HELPING CONSTRUCT AN ALL-NEW WOMEN'S DIAGNOSTIC CENTER WITH THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY, 3D MAMMOGRAPHY. WE KNOW 1 IN 8 WOMEN WILL DEVELOP BREAST CANCER DURING THEIR LIFETIME. MAMMOGRAPHY IS THE BEST TOOL TO SCREEN AND DIAGNOSE BREAST CANCER WITH EARLY DETECTION IMPROVING TREATMENT OPTIONS AND SURVIVAL RATES. WITH DONOR SUPPORT, NO WOMAN IN OUR COMMUNITY IS DENIED ACCESS TO THE LIFE-SAVING TECHNOLOGY SHE NEEDS FOR EARLY DETECTION AND TIMELY TREATMENT OF BREAST CANCER. DONOR SUPPORT IS VITAL IN ENSURING THAT OUR PATIENTS RECEIVE THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE.
