Form 990, Part III, Line 3: Ceased Conducting or Significant Changes To Services

Effective on July 31, 2020, the housing facility (the main asset of the organization) was sold to an unrelated entity. Proceeds from the sale were used to pay off the mortgage balance. After payment of the debt and closing costs, the proceeds were transferred to Baptist Terrace Legacy, LLC (an entity related to the First Baptist Church of Orlando, Inc., the sponsoring organization)in 2020. In 2021, after payment of the remaining liabilities, the remaining cash of $208,585 was transferred to Baptist Terrace Legacy, LLC in April 2021 and the Organization dissolved effective August 11, 2021.
