The museum's collections are made up of artifacts of historical significance, and art objects that are held for educational and curatorial purposes. Each of the items is cataloged, preserved, and cared for, and activities verifying their existence and assessing their condition are performed continuously.during the year ended september 30, 2024, the museum received funds to purchase collections which totaled 53,000. The collections are subject to a policy that requires proceeds from their sales to be used to acquire other collection items.

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

Managment has analyzed the tax positions taken and has concluded that as of september 30, 2024, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. If the museum were to incur an income tax liability in the future, interest and penalties would be reported as income taxes. The museum is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress.
