Organization's process used to review form 990: the board chairman and/or treasurer will review the entire form 990 and will provide all board members with a copy for their review before it is filed with the IRS. The chairman will confirm in writing that the 990 was reviewed.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15A

Compensation process for the official the board of directors retains the authority to hire, employ and compensate the chief executive, and has authorized the executive committee to determine compensation and evaluating the chief executive with input from all board members. This committee will review compensation practices and performance of the chief executive and will report its determinations to the full board. This is accomplished as follows: 1. Establish and periodically review the agency's chief executive compensation philosophy to ensure that the policy appropriatelly supports the agency's purpose, mission, attracts and retains the chief executive at a reasonable cost, and enhances the mission and purpose of the organization. 2. Act on behalf of the board in setting the chief executive's compensation base salary level, bonuses, and other fringe benefits in relationship to performance evaluations. 3.Assessing the basis for which compensation is paid to the chief executive unique background, experience, years of service, personal skills, exceptional performance, additional duties and abilities, and challenges facing the organization that requirethe use of such attributes or skills. 4. Obtaining appropriate and comparable compensation market data, which may include data from the following: a) similarly situated organizations, both for-profit and tax-exempt, for functionally compareable positions, b) the availability of similar specialties in the geographic area, c) independent compensation surveys. 5. Document the basis for the compensation, including performance evaluations and market data. 6. The committee will keep abreast of new or revised IRS regulations regarding executive compensation and reporting.

Financial Statement Notes

Part X, Line 2:

The Organization has adopted FASB ASC 740-10, Accounting for Income Taxes, which clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in an entity's financial statements. The interpretation prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. Based on analyses of various federal and state filing positions of the Organization, management believes that its income tax filing positions and deductions are well documented and supported. As of September 30, 2025, the Organization had no temporary differences relating to the recognition of income and expenses for financial and tax reporting purposes. Accordingly, no deferred tax assets or liabilities are recorded. Additionally, as of September 30, 2025, the Organization had no uncertain tax positions that would qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. Therefore, no reserves for uncertain income tax positions have been recorded pursuant to FASB ASC 740-10. In addition, no cumulative effect adjustment related to the adoption of FASB ASC 740-10 was recorded. There have been no increases or decreases in unrecognized tax benefits for current or prior years since the date of adoption. Furthermore, no interest or penalties have been included since no reserves were recorded and no significant increases or decreases are expected to occur within the next 12 months. When applicable, such interest and penalties will be reported as income tax expense. Since the tax matters are subject to some degree of uncertainty, there can be no assurance that the Organization's tax returns will not be challenged by the taxing authorities and that the Organization will not be subject to additional tax, penalties, and interest as a result of such challenge. At September 30, 2025, the periods that remain open to examination under federal statute are for the fiscal years ended September 30, 2022 through 2024.

IRS990ScheduleD/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0The Organization has adopted FASB ASC 740-10, Accounting for Income Taxes, which clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in an entity's financial statements. The interpretation prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. Based on analyses of various federal and state filing positions of the Organization, management believes that its income tax filing positions and deductions are well documented and supported. As of September 30, 2025, the Organization had no temporary differences relating to the recognition of income and expenses for financial and tax reporting purposes. Accordingly, no deferred tax assets or liabilities are recorded. Additionally, as of September 30, 2025, the Organization had no uncertain tax positions that would qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. Therefore, no reserves for uncertain income tax positions have been recorded pursuant to FASB ASC 740-10. In addition, no cumulative effect adjustment related to the adoption of FASB ASC 740-10 was recorded. There have been no increases or decreases in unrecognized tax benefits for current or prior years since the date of adoption. Furthermore, no interest or penalties have been included since no reserves were recorded and no significant increases or decreases are expected to occur within the next 12 months. When applicable, such interest and penalties will be reported as income tax expense. Since the tax matters are subject to some degree of uncertainty, there can be no assurance that the Organization's tax returns will not be challenged by the taxing authorities and that the Organization will not be subject to additional tax, penalties, and interest as a result of such challenge. At September 30, 2025, the periods that remain open to examination under federal statute are for the fiscal years ended September 30, 2022 through 2024.
