DURING THE FYE 6/30/14, WE RESPONDED TO 86 REFERENCE QUESTIONS. THESE INCLUDE RESEARCH INQUIRIES, DATA, AND REFERRALS FOR CAPT PUBLICATIONS. RESEARCH SERVICES MAINTAINED THE CAPT LIBRARY AND ACQUIRED NEW MATERIALS FOR THE COLLECTION. THEY ALSO CONTINUED LIAISONS WITH ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR RESEARCHERS TO PRESENT THEIR FINDINGS OR SEEK FUNDING. RESEARCH SERVICES CREATED AN OPAC (ONLINE PUBLIC ASSESS CATALOG) CALLED THE MILO CATALOG. OVER 2,200 ITEMS WERE CATALOGED IN MILO DURING FYE 6/30/14. THE LIBRARY COMPLETED A MASSIVE DIGITAL ARCHIVE PROJECT THAT WAS STARTED IN FY 2013.

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE CORPORATION WILL MONITOR PROPOSED OR ONGOING TRANSACTIONS FOR CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND DISCLOSE THEM TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN ORDER TO DEAL WITH POTENTIAL OR ACTUAL CONFLICTS, WHETHER DISCOVERED BEFORE OR AFTER THE TRANSACTION HAS OCCURRED.
