The centre for women, inc. Maintains an endowment fund at the community foundation of tampa bay, inc. For the long term benefit of the organization.

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is exempt from federal and state income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and chapter 220.13 of the florida statutes, respectively. The organization is not aware of any tax positions it has taken that are subject to a significant degree of uncertainty. Tax years after september 30, 2022 remain subject to examination by taxing authorities.
