Clubhouse: an internationally recognized, evidence-based model promoting recovery through meaningful participation in a supportive community environment. Community employment services: services include career exploration, job readiness, placement, job coaching, and ongoing workplace support. Staff engage with employers to ensure workplace success and positive employment experiences. Outpatient services: comprehensive clinical services including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy to support mental health stability and personal growth. Community housing: for members who need housing, we help find safe, supportive options that match their needs, from 24-hour residential homes to supported apartments or community-based placements. Our team coordinates each placement to promote stability and independence. Fact- florida assertive community treatment: a multidisciplinary team provides intensive, community-based treatment and support for individuals with complex and persistent mental health needs. Services are delivered in home and community settings to promote stability, independence, and goal attainment. Fmt- forensic multidisciplinary team: provides 24/7 community-based intervention, treatment coordination, and support to reduce involvement in the criminal justice system and avoid inpatient forensic placement. Mrst- multidisciplinary re-entry services team: supports successful transition into the community for individuals returning from incarceration. Services include assessment, case management, linkage to treatment, and coordination of essential supports. Hatt- high acuity treatment team (broward): provides intensive, community-based support to help members build skills, strengthen stability, and transition smoothly into long-term services. Care is delivered where it is most helpfulat home, in the community, or other preferred settings. Forensic services team (broward): supports members whose mental health needs intersect with the legal system. Services include care coordination, connection to treatment providers, and competency restoration training to help members navigate legal processes with stability and support. Pad- post arrest jail diversion program (broward): offers an alternative to incarceration for individuals with mental health needs facing non-violent felony charges. Participants receive behavioral health services, peer support, and community resources to promote recovery, stability, and long-term success”
